This introduction call allows us to discuss you and your goals and how a regular Pilates practice will help you those goals. Book this call before booking a session if you are a new client.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your session please allow 24 hours notice. The session will be deducted from your package without adequate notice.
