Together we'll explore classical and contemporary movement from the mat. Small props may be used and each session is tailored to your needs and goals. A great way to include Pilates in your life from the comfort of your home wherever you are! Zoom is free for participants to use, just download to your computer or tablet and follow signup instructions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your session please allow 24 hours notice. The session will be deducted from your package without adequate notice.
